Hump-day Highlights: The Charmer, the Fixer, & the Stunner

Happy Hump-day, y’all!  Here are my favorite new listings from last week!

3973 Glenfeliz Blvd   |   Listed for $899,000   |   4 bed – 4 bath

First, the Charmer.  This seriously cool house in Atwater Village is just oozing character and, well, charm.  I love the windows… Leaded, stained, and vintage.  The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a guest house above the 2 car garage.  The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and baths are updated.  Definitely a great find in Atwater Village.

1928 Myra Ave  |   Listed for $679,000   |   2 bed – 2 bath

Second, the Fixer.  And what a fixer it is.  Back when I was rehabbing, these were exactly the properties I loved to find; beat up and untouched.  This puppy is located in Los Feliz with a killer view of the Shakespeare Bridge.  Definite water damage makes it a cash sale plus it’s a probate requiring court confirmation.  Don’t know what that means?  Let us know, we are happy to explain!

4520 Dundee Drive   |   Listed for $3,300,000   |   3 bed – 3 bath

And now, the Stunner.  Oh. My. God.  This house is positively Divine with a capital D.   Located in the Los Feliz Hills, the Jacobson Residence was “the first contemporary structure to receive Landmark Status from the City of Los Angeles”, per the listing remarks.  Designed by Edward Fickett, it is private and perfect.  Utterly perfect!
