I really liked this Boyle Heights Bungalow for this week’s best of caravan!


The house still has room to renovate with some sensible updates already made and the area is totally up and coming.  All eyes are looking at Boyle Heights to be the next Echo Park or Highland Park, and the buy-in here is under $400,000!

There was also extra room in the basement that has been converted into livable space–would serve as a studio or extra guest space or even a boot-leg unit if you are so inclined.  It’s across from a cemetery which to my eyes just means open space that won’t be developed any time soon.  Close to Metro and freeways!  Let me know if you want to go see it!
